The City will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 31 from 4 PM – 7 PM to discuss Connect Rock Hill, the City’s comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The meeting will be held at Manchester Meadows, 337 E. Mt. Gallant Road in the second floor conference room.
The public is invited to come learn more about Rock Hill’s existing bike and pedestrian facilities including the different types of on-street lanes and routes, trails and greenways, as well as discuss future routes and facilities. The Connect Rock Hill plan seeks to expand bike and pedestrian facilities and improve the safety and accessibility for cyclists and pedestrians. City staff will talk about the plan, next steps and is interested in resident feedback regarding the direction of future bicycling and pedestrian projects.
