The Deets: Rock Hill’s 8th Annual Paws in the Park Event is at Spencer Park. The event will include K9 demonstrations, doggie games, costume contest, prizes and more. Free admission and free parking

The Deets: Main Street Children’s Museum Boo-seum. Ages 6 and under. Come dressed in your costume and join us for games, activities and a craft. No tricks – only treats! March along in our costume parade. Pre-registration and payment are required.

Two sessions: 1:00-2:30 pm and 3:00-4:30 pm
Recommended for ages 6 and younger.  and begins October 3.

October 24th: Wild Fabrications
10:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Deets: Wild Fabrications is a quilt exhibition that features 38 stunning art quilts created by textile artists from around the world. These stunningly vivid and masterfully crafted quilts feature nature themes, portraying animals both realistically and imaginatively in a riot of vibrant colors, patterns, and textures. The intricate detail and dimensionality of these stitched works will delight, inspire, and fascinate children and adults alike.

October 26, 2016: Annual Ghost Tours on Winthrop’s campus.
7:30 pm to 10:00 pm

The Deets: Learn about what makes Winthrop a “haunted” campus, so to speak. Travel from the basement to the locked 4th floor.
Tours start every 15 minutes.

The Deets: Rhonda Vincent is a firecracker of talent who powers one of the hottest shows in music!

A fifth generation musician, performing with her parents’ band, The Sally Mountain Show from the age of 5, Vincent is an elite mandolin player who also plays a mean guitar and violin and now performs with her band, The Rage. She performs with a style that’s fearless, exact and distinctive, and her voice effortlessly moves from bluegrass to country.

October 30, 2016: Windy Hill Orchard and Cider Mill

The Deets: Windy Hill has been producing Hard Cider at their orchard since 1996. Over the past several years they’ve have expanded Hard Cider production to meet the demand of this rapidly growing craft beverage market. They currently produce several styles of Hard Cider that are available throughout North and South Carolina.

Windy Hill’s Cider Bar is open for tastings at the orchard on Saturdays and Sundays, during our seasonal hours of operation.
